Independently owned and locally managed. Twenty-nine miles from Yellowstone's west gate.
Grandview Property Management runs six private cabin rentals in Island Park and Ashton, Idaho — the closest cabin country to Yellowstone's west entrance. Each property is independently owned. Each is locally managed. We handle the listing, the cleaning, the check-in, and the day-of questions. The owners handle the design and the upkeep. Nobody operates through a national platform.
The collection ranges from a four-bedroom lodge on Bills Island that sleeps thirteen to a sixty-eight-person twin-dome property on a private Ashton parcel with Teton views. Some are themed — the Dias family's Riverfront Wildlife Lodge has six themed bedrooms and more than forty animals on the property. Some are quiet — the gated lakefront polish of The Lodge at Cutthroat Landing. Each one is what it is. We don't pretend they're all the same trip.
What every property shares: a phone number answered by the team that runs the cabin, and a country worth coming back for.

Our model is small on purpose. Most large vacation-rental operators run hundreds or thousands of properties under one brand, leaning on national platform listings to fill nights. We do the opposite. Six properties. All within an hour of each other. Each one given individual attention.
In practice, that means our cleaning crew knows each property's quirks before the season starts. Our maintenance partners are local — same plumbers, same handymen, year after year. When a guest calls at 8 PM about a hot tub jet, someone who has personally been in that cabin picks up the phone.
For owners, this matters because every property gets full attention rather than getting buried in a portfolio of hundreds. For guests, it matters because issues get resolved by people who already know the property.
We're selectively expanding the collection. If you own a vacation rental property in Island Park, Ashton, or the immediate Henry's Fork corridor and want to talk about whether Grandview is the right fit for managing it, we're available for a direct conversation. No questionnaires, no online forms — just a phone call with the people who would actually be running your property.
What we look for: properties that bring something distinct to the collection (location, capacity, design, on-site experience), and owners who care about the long-term reputation of their property more than the short-term margin on any given week.
Existing owners access bookings, financials, and reports through the Owners Portal.
