Island Park is the geographic center of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Within a half-day's drive you can spend mornings in three national parks and end the day at white-tablecloth dining in Jackson Hole. For four-night and longer stays, these regional destinations turn a cabin trip into a tour of the American West.
Yellowstone National Park
The west entrance at West Yellowstone, Montana is the closest gate to Island Park — about an hour from any Grandview cabin. Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Lamar Valley wildlife, hot-spring loop drives. A full day or three.
